GOOD RECIPE!!!!!!!!
Turned out great. I have also been making this recipe since 12 yrs old. It used to say 4 x small eggs, I have had issues before using too much egg and it not rising so I always use small size eggs. Definitely pays to follow the recipe. I like the new tip added to pierce the pastry cases after cooked to release the steam. A real family favourite

I have been using the recipe since I was 12, it works. I noticed the commen below and the water flour ratio is out and you added you eggs too quickly. Total bummer but give it another go Turtle

I made these in my first year home economics class in high school 1987 and used this recipe, so easy to follow and the eclairs are my favourite!
I always used this and today after 12 years and still the same delicious as always
