Better to run the flour and butter (or oil) in a food processor to a homogeneous mixture, add other dry ingredients after this.
Suggestion: Double the cheese, add in 3 to 4 finely diced spring onions, add in1 to 2 low heat finely diced chillis. (Depending on the moisture content from these extras, you may need to add a small amount flour)
