It's a great recipe but i don't find that we need this much sugar, i find it necessary. But it is a great recipe so keep up the great work
Best banana cake recipe I have been using this for about 40 years. I always make mini muffins rather than the cake it makes about 32 mini muffins and I usually manage to freeze some before the family eats them all.
